10 Tips for a Sane and Healthy Lifestyle

  1. Get enough sleep.
  2. Schedule time on your calendar for things you really want to do. Don’t cancel.
  3. Allow spontaneity.
  4. Talk to people. Don’t become isolated.
  5. Build a support system. Ask for help when you need it.
  6. Help others when they need your support. Make the time.
  7. Have friends of all ages – Young, old and in between.
  8. Stay current and respect the past.
  9. Travel to new places and pack lightly.
  10. Don’t assume anything (except for the fact that dogs give you unconditional love.)
