- Never stop learning. Read. Stay current. Get training. Acquire skills. Get comfortable with social media. Ask questions.
- Focus your time and money. Don’t let people, e-mail or the Internet pull you away from your mission.
- Learn from your mistakes. Get the facts. Analyze the details. Then move on.
- Be persistent. Strive for the highest standards. Success is a marathon, not a sprint. Never give up.
- Don’t be afraid to take a risk or try new things. Following the pack is a sure path to mediocrity.
- Be honest, ethical and dependable. Otherwise, 1-9 won’t matter.
